During the five to six months of our interactions we observed Mr. Wilson to be very professional yet empathetic and extremely reliable. His knowledge of the city, available properties and access to pertinent information regarding properties was excellent. Mr. Wilson responded to all telephone calls from us in a very timely manner and he worked diligently to obtain answers to questions and/or concerns we had.

        Bennie was very helpful, not pushy at all. He helped us find what we were looking for. Bennie stayed in touch with us constantly. Anytime he saw a home in our price range he contacted us. He is friendly and courteous. During the walk through he did not just sit back, but he also helped to find any areas where there were problems or mistakes. We would do business with him again!

        My family met Bennie by chance. We saw a house that we wanted to see the inside of. Bennie was the person that answered the call. From our first meeting it was easy to see that Bennie was interested in us, not just selling us a house.   Our buying process was about six weeks and at no time did I get the impression that Bennie was rushing the process. After going through the final walk-through, I was told by the builder’s representative that he had never seen any agent that was more thorough than Bennie.

         This was indeed a wonderful buying experience! My wife and I were thoroughly satisfied with our agent’s level of professionalism and patience during the buying process.

          “Sold by Bennie” is what we decided to title this synopsis of our experience of buying a home through Bennie Wilson at ReMax, but we could have titled it “Saved by Bennie.”

          Candice and I moved to South Carolina from Columbus Ohio in November of 2005. We didn’t know where we wanted to live, except that we knew we needed to be mid-state because of my position as a sales rep covering the state. The first year we rented in Lexington, but by August 2006 we knew we didn’t want to rent anymore. We wanted our own home.

          To make a long story short, we enlisted with an agent, and looked at over 100 homes. The more we looked, the more discouraged we got. Nothing seamed to fit us. One element or another that we desired always seamed to be missing, and some of the homes the agent showed us were downright awful. As our lease neared the renewal point, my wife and I accepted the reality that we would have to stay put and rent another year. We told the agent we didn’t want to look at anymore homes, and thanked her very much. With less than one month to go before we had to sign another lease agreement we were introduced to Bennie Wilson through my wife’s sister. We were skeptical, but decided to give it a shot. When Bennie asked us to sign on with him, we said okay but we only have two weeks before we resign the lease on the rented home. Bennie showed us six homes on the first day. He observed our reactions to each one. He then showed us seven homes on the second day. It was the seventh home on the second day that we bought.

          We gave Bennie two weeks, he helped us find a beautiful home in two days, and the home has everything we wanted! Bennie takes the time to carefully listen to his clients. He observes their reactions, and nuances. He processes all of the information, becomes personally involved in a solution, and keeps plugging away until he hits the mark. Bennie Wilson is a Real-estate Professional, but not simply because he gets paid to do it. He’s a professional because he’s knowledgeable, methodical, and committed to his clients.

          We’ve come to like Bennie very much. He’s a hard working individual and a genuine good guy. If it weren’t for Bennie Wilson we’d be dreaming of our own home. Thanks to Bennie, we own our dream home. 

          I just wanted to thank you for the basket, and to let you know how happy we are in this house, which we found thanks to you.

          I’m so in love with this house, I can hardly believe it! I don’t even envy the people who have a house by the beach or the queen of England!

          This is my true dream home, and some times I’m so happy that I wonder what I have done to deserve all of this. It feels like a good dream that I don’t want to wake up from.

          We are planting lots of flowers all over the house and I love having guests. I can’t avoid being so proud to show every one my house.
